In 1970 Panayiotis Sachlos sets the basis for a small wood trading operation in N. Philadelphia, Athens despite the large competition and limited supplies. Our desire to work, and our endless effort to satisfy our customers’ needs with products of good quality and high standards of service, leads to the creation of the second store in 1972.

Nine years later, SAXYL – Panayiotis Sachlos and Co. is created, to establish the name of its founder as a synonym of the variety and quality in timber trade, covering customers' needs from the floor to the roof.

 Today, EPS wood, carrying the experience along with the fresh ideas of Emmanuel Sachlos, son of Panayiotis Sachlos, continues offering its customers a wide variety of top quality products imported and examined under the strictest quality controls at the lowest prices.
